Open Call for Postdoctoral Fellowship in Plant Genomics at UNICAMP
The Center for Molecular Plant Breeding (CeM²P) is an Engineering Research Center (ERC) supported by FAPESP and based at the Institute of Biology at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), a leading research university in Brazil.
CeM²P is currently accepting applications for a postdoctoral position in sugarcane genomics and transcriptomics. The research will focus on identifying genes associated with agronomic traits, particularly fungal disease resistance, and on developing biotechnological tools to enhance sugarcane resistance. The fellow will also contribute to molecular breeding and genomic studies involving other target species of CeM²P.

Fellowship: BRL 12,000/month (~USD 2,162) + technical reserve
Duration: 2 years (renewable)
