Hi everyone,

I trust you're all doing well. I wanted to take a moment to summarise what we covered in our classes this past week.

In our recent sessions, we began by checking the homework and providing feedback to address any questions or concerns you may have had. We then focused in the topic of opinions, exploring the various aspects of expressing opinions in different life scenarios. We discussed linguistic aspects related to giving opinions, including vocabulary and phrases, considering different registers and tones.

Next, we revised  the use of comparatives and superlatives in various contexts, engaging in practical exercises together as a class. In the second session, we focused on the writing of emails, examining different formats and analysing vocabulary and standard formulas used in Anglo-Saxon email writing . Additionally, we reviewed punctuation aspects, exploring the different functions of punctuation marks and highlighting differences between English and Spanish in certain contexts.

You can find all the materials related to our lessons on U-Cursos, both in the "Links" section and under "Course Materials."

If you have any questions or need further clarification on anything we covered, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.

Looking forward to our next class together!

Best regards,

Prof. Masías O.
