Dear Students,
For previous weeks' lessons (May 12th & 15th)
(1) The PPT file for 'Lv_3_Unit_4_Lesson_1' can be found in the 'Material Docente' section
For the following lessons (May 5th & 8th)
(1) We will be working on both of our lessons, which will be divided into two parts, as we already know:
(1.1) The following Monday and Thursday lessons (#16 & #17) will work on our Midterm test & Unit 4: 'Talking like an expert', Lesson 2
(1.1.1) Unit 4 Overview
• Giving an academic oral presentation
• Signposting (presentation sequence language)
• Dos and don'ts of presentations
• Giving a review: summarizing and expressing an opinion
(1.1.1.1) The lessons will be composed roughly of:
(1.1.1.1.1) Midterm test
(1.1.1.1.2) Unit 4, Lesson 2: Observing good presentations (a) Understanding main ideas and details of a presentation, (b) Using a framework to evaluate a presentation
