Dear Students,

For our lesson for today (Sept. 29th.)

(1) We have already dealt with our third [and final] session working with the 'Wiki Article: Introduction' document

(1.1) In the ‘Wiki Article: Introduction’ PPT document [located in the 'Material Docente' section] you will find the framework of reference for constructing your Introduction. Also, you will find its corresponding rubric and some examples from your faculty classmates.

(2) Please remember, that you may upload your Elevator Speech video [.mp4 format, ideally] in the ‘Tareas’ Section. The last day you upload this document has been expanded to Thursday, Sept. 29th. [23:59]

(2.2) If you upload this document after this date, you will get a 5.0 as a top mark.

For our next lesson (Oct. 3rd.)

(1) We will be working on our lesson that will be divided into two parts as we already know, (a) Linguistic (some grammatical structures in communicative contexts for the most part and autonomous work for all of the asynchronous evaluations) and (b) Communicative (video debates)

(1.1) For the second part of this next lesson, please, watch the following video (it contains English Subtitles),

Implementing Public Policy Course, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XlXrWHSW5bI

(2.1) Once you have watched it, please think about the following question:

(2.1.1) Why, implementing a Public Policy, is not as easy as it sounds?

(2.1.2) Why does the speaker of the video say that implementing a Public Policy is not like opening a box of Legos?

(2.1.3) With the information provided by the video comment on one point that you think is relevant. Provide two reasons for this relevance.

(3) We will also deal with our first session [out of four] on the 'Wiki Article' [Body article] activity

(4) You will get your feedback and marks for the 'Elevator Speech' activity this next weekend

In case of doubt, please do not hesitate to contact me back,

Best Regards
