Dear Students,
For our lesson for today (Aug. 22nd.)
(1) The PPT file for the 'Biodata' and its rubric can be found in the ‘Material Docente’ section
(1.1) In the ‘Biodata’ PPT document you will find the framework of reference for constructing your Biodata.
(1.1.2) You may upload your Biodata in the ‘Tareas’ Section [.pdf or .docx documents]. The last day for you to upload this document is next Thursday, Sept. 1st.
(1.1.3) If you upload this document after this date, you will get a 5.0 as a top mark.
For our next lesson (Aug. 25th.)
(1) We will be working on our third lesson that will be divided into two parts as we already know, (a) Linguistic (some grammatical structures in communicational contexts for the most part and autonomous work for all of the asynchronous evaluations) and (b) Communicative (video debates)
(1.1) For the second part of this next lesson, please, watch the following video (it contains English Subtitles), 'Why did you choose to study social work?' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XIeiKohJ0uI
(2.1) Once you have watched it, please think about the following questions:
(2.1.1) Did something call your attention about any of those students' reasons to study Social Work?
(2.1.2) Did any of these reasons could be similar to your own when you chose your study program [Anthropology, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology]?
(2.2.2) With the information provided by the video comment on one point that you think is relevant. Provide two reasons for this relevance.
(3) We will also deal with our second [and last] session working with the 'Biodata' document
