Dear Students,
For our lesson for today (May 26th.)
(1) We have already worked on our sixth and final blog entry [expected to be delivered next May 31st]. Please check this activity at: https://english-pre-intermediate-a-facso-2022.blogspot.com/
(2) The audiovisual material from today's lesson is already stored in the 'Clase Virtual section'
(3) Lesson 9 is already uploaded to u-cursos, 'Material Docente'
(4) We will be preparing [every lesson] our Final Oral test by creating dialogues and responding to some questions from the test.
For our next lesson (May 31st.)
(1) We will be working on our lesson that will be divided into two parts as we already know, (a) Linguistic (some grammatical structures in communicational contexts for the most part and autonomous work for almost all of the evaluations) and (b) Communicative (video debates)
(1.1) For the second part of this next lesson, please, watch the following video (it contains English Subtitles), ‘Northern Chile: "Me Gusta" - Researching Social Media’ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pkbwrv_2S8M&t=36s
(2.1.1) How would you complement and contribute to this Anthropologist's work using some research tools from your speciality? (Interdisciplinary work, for example)
(2.1.3) With the information provided by the video, comment on one point that you think is relevant. Provide two reasons for this relevance.
In case of doubt, please do not hesitate to contact me back,
Best Regards
