Information for next online lesson

Dear Students,

I am René Larenas Moyano, and I will be this semester’s English '4' teacher for this remote/online course. I would like to tell you that you are very welcome. We will (hopefully) begin next Tuesday, January 3rd, from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. This implies the following,

(1) We will have #2 lessons each day [Monday - Friday], which will be an amount of 2 hours of online lessons per day, starting next Jan. 3rd. and finishing next Jan. 24th. 2023

(2) For next Tuesday (January 3rd) the very first lesson will be about administrative issues, while the second (January 3rd) onwards, will be focused on developing productive linguistic abilities (i.e. Speaking and Writing)

(3) I beg you to please connect to every single lesson you can and try to be on time [be as much punctual as you can]

(4) As we already know, and at the Faculty's request, we will be having all of our lessons [8:30 am - 10:30 am] in an online format. So, as you know an online [synchronous] lesson means that:

(4.1) 15 minutes before the synchronous (online) lesson starts, please log to ‘u-cursos’ ('Clase Virtual' section) and connect to the lesson from there

(4.2) Once both lessons in a day are finished, I will be uploading 3 items to this platform,

(4.2.1) The teaching material (PPT file and an audio file), if required, and
(4.2.2) A 'Novedades' notification for you to have a more accurate description of what we will be doing in the next lesson
(4.2.3) An audiovisual capsule which will comprise everything we did in both lessons. This video link will be attached to the 'Clase Virtual' section, in other words, the audio-visual lesson archive will be saved on ‘u-cursos’ for you to access anytime you want

(5) Any questions you may have, either in English or Spanish, please feel free to write back.

Best Regards
